California Glass Railing Co. ("we," "us") operates californiaglassrailing.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, project city, and a description of your project.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to serve the site securely and prevent abuse. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
Advertising. If you arrive via an ad (for example from Google or Meta), those platforms may collect data about your click under their own privacy policies. We may use conversion tracking to measure whether ads lead to inquiries.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, prepare quotes, perform contracted work, and communicate with you about your project. We may also use aggregate, non-identifying data to improve the site and our advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and form delivery) and Resend (transactional email delivery for form submissions). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep inquiry emails and project records as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request a copy of it, to request that we delete it, and to request that we correct inaccurate information. We do not sell or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect precisely so there is little to lose.
Children
This site is intended for adults seeking contracting services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
